Insurance, fees, and availability

I take various insurances, out of pocket rates, and can also provide a superbill for out of network reimbursement.

  • I am in Network with Aetna, Cigna, and Carelon. My full list of insurances are on my Alma profile!

    • $180 for a 55 minute talk therapy session

    • $200 for a 55 minute ERP therapy session

    • For ERP, intake, psychoeducation, and hierarchy setup takes between 3-5 sessions before starting exposure. Due to that, I offer a 90 minute-2 hour intake and assessment session, ranging between $250-$275. This would serve to accelerate the setup process to get to exposures sooner.
